David Robinson

David brings vast experience to our management team, with solid credentials in building business units for multi-national corporations, providing real estate and development consulting services, and leading teams in all facets of property feasibility, acquisition, planning, financing, leasing, on-going project and asset management.

An MBA Finance graduate of the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University, David has worked with top global investment firms in Canada and the U.S.

His hands-on expertise includes real estate derivatives, financial and contract management consultancy of mega-million dollar resorts, big box retailers and high-rise residential properties, major construction projects and portfolio management of commercial, industrial, residential and mixed-use investments.

David is affiliated with the Urban Development Institute and the International Council of Shopping Centers and has professional development training from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Center for Real Estate.
