Ashley Willard Bauman

Ashley leads project strategy for Landsight Group developments, bringing expertise in envisioning, design, sales, marketing and execution. An industry leader, Ashley has ten years of experience in real estate, working with developers on more than 40 projects in ten countries.

Ashley co-founded The Pebble Group and acts as vice president of strategy. She served as director of business innovation for Playground/Intrawest, the largest developer of village-centered resorts, and was the vice president of real estate for Envisioning and

Storytelling. Most recently, Ashley served as project director for Starwood Capital Group and consulted internationally for various urban and resort developers.

Ashley holds a business degree from the Richard Ivey School of business, and is a natural leader who unlocks potential to maximize results. She is also active in the Urban Land Institute and the Urban Development Institute.
